Durability

These guys offer an amazing warranty, but I don't know when I'll ever use it! I've dropped them so many times and was sure the lenses would scratch, but not even a scuff. You can feel the quality of the frame as soon as you pick them up, so I'm not worried there either. I've ditched my old fishing glasses and use these now because the anti-glare and polarization is way better. Great product!

Great clarity, crystal clear. Feels more sturdy than any other pair I’ve had. Also, I tend to have glasses look either too big or too small on my head, these are the perfect fit.

These are awesome so far. The matte tortoise look get compliments all the time and they are really sturdy, which is awesome for constant use. It's clear the lens quality is top-notch as well.

Design

The JS Bannister Tortoise boasts a classic Italian tortoise frame with yellow gold accents. The matte finish produces a humble yet sophisticated look, and polarized brown lenses complement the amber frame to create a well-coordinated and stylish design.
Frame

The frames are crafted from a high-grade Italian cellulose acetate, and each frame is individually hand-polished and assembled. German-engineered 5-barrel hinges and screws are used to retain smooth movement for years to come, and a wire core extends from hinges to support temple shape.
Lenses

Our lenses are made from an impact resistant CR-39 that provides incredible durability and exceptional visual clarity. Polarized lenses come standard, and all lenses include optimal protection by blocking 100% of UVA and UVB rays. Lenses also have an anti-scratch hard coating to reduce damage and an anti-reflection coating to reduce glare.
