There are plenty of challenges ahead, but we’re confident that we will succeed and come out stronger together on the other side. It often takes times like these to realize what really matters in our lives. It’s not any label that society places on you – it’s the mark you leave, how you impact others, and the fact that more connects us than divides us.
At Jack Stegeman, we’re committed to providing elite experiences from start to finish. With this, we’re not only driven to deliver top-quality products and services, but also focused on adapting to the changing times, while keeping our customers' best interest at heart.
All of our products have been glove-handled and packaged with care, reducing contact points from our door to yours. We rest assured knowing that our fulfillment partners are outfitted with the necessary personal protection equipment (PPE) and are taking all necessary precautions to aid in the prevention and containment of Covid-19, while remaining fully staffed and operational.
Taking our customers into consideration, we’ve decided to delay the introduction of our ‘Try at Home’ program. Although we intended to have this functioning for our launch, we cannot say with 100% certainty that we can provide this service safely at this time. When the time is right, we look forward to providing a safe and easy way for you to try our eyewear in the luxury of your own home.
Lastly, we would like to voice our appreciation for the essential workers who have been working tirelessly and putting themselves at risk for the benefit or others during these trying times. We also owe our sincere gratitude to medical workers around the nation for their bravery and efforts to keep us all safe and healthy. To all those on the front lines, thank you for your sacrifices and for helping us move forward as a society one day at a time.
