Do the frames come in different sizes?
Currently, each of our frames come in one standard size. See product details for sizing information, and our Sizing Guide provides additional guidance and help on sizing.
What are the frames made out of?
All of our frame styles are made with Italian acetate and nickel-free stainless steel materials.
What if my frames don't fit my face?
Visit our Frame Adjustment Guide to learn how to easily adjust your frames to your liking. If they simply won't fit, send them back to us and we will issue you a full refund.
What type of lenses do you use?
All of our frames come with CR-39 lenses, equipped with anti-reflection, oleophobic, and hard coatings for premium clarity and damage protection. All of our lenses also include 100% UVA and UVB protection.
Are the lenses Polarized?
Yes, all of our lenses are Polarized.
Can I customize my lens style?
No, not currently. We have selected lens colors to best suit the individual frames while providing optimum clarity and viewing.
Can my lenses be replaced if damaged?
Can I order prescription lenses?
We do not currently offer prescription lenses.
Do you gift wrap?
We do not currently offer gift wrapping.
I made a mistake with my order, can I cancel or update it?
Yes, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will assist you in canceling or updating your order.
Do I have to pay shipping costs?
No, we'll cover the shipping costs for your order. Our prices are all-inclusive, so what you see is what you get.
What shipping method is used?
In most cases, we will use USPS First Class.
Can I track my package?
Yes, you will receive a confirmation email which includes the tracking number once the order has shipped. If you have the tracking number, you can track your shipment on the Track My Order page.
What countries do you ship to?
Currently, we only ship within the US.
My item(s) arrived damaged, what do I do?
Submit a return/exchange request on our Returns & Exchanges page, and we will work with you to have them replaced as soon as possible.
I lost my tracking number, what should I do?
Double check your email for anything from Jack Stegeman. Also, be sure to check your spam folder and add us to your safe sender list if our emails are going to spam. If you're still having trouble, feel free to contact us at email@example.com.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return/exchange policy from date of purchase on all products except gift cards and 'Try at Home' charges. Returns/exchanges must include all original accessories and packaging.
Do I have to pay shipping for returns/exchanges?
No, returns/exchanges are free, and we'll provide a prepaid shipping label to cover the shipping costs. You can start the process by visiting our Returns Center.
Can I put a refund on a different credit card than I
for the original order?
Unfortunately, we must return funds to the original method of payment.
How long is my warranty?
JS Signature Coverage is included in all eyewear purchases and provides 2 free replacements during the lifetime of the customer.
What is included in my warranty?
JS Signature Coverage protects you against all loss and accidental eyewear damages (including lenses) for the lifetime of the customer. If you lose or break them, just let us know and we'll send you a replacement free of charge. Each purchase is limited to 2 replacements, and accessories that come with the eyewear are not covered by the warranty.
Do I have to register my product to be eligible for the warranty?
No, if the purchase was made through the Jack Stegeman website, you are automatically enrolled and no other action is needed.
Do I have to pay shipping for warranty claims?
No, we'll cover the shipping costs.
Are there any fees or charges to make a warranty claim?
No, warranty claims are free and included in your purchase - no fine print, hidden fees, or hoops to jump through. You can start a claim on our Submit a Claim page, and we're always here to help!
