Design Details

Lenses

Our lenses are made from an impact resistant CR-39 that provides incredible durability and exceptional visual clarity. Polarized lenses come standard, and all lenses include optimal protection by blocking 100% of UVA and UVB rays. Lenses also have an anti-scratch hard coating to reduce damage and an anti-reflection coating to reduce glare.

Frame

The frames are crafted from nickel-free stainless steel and high-grade Italian cellulose acetate. Each frame is individually hand-polished and assembled. Soft silicone nose pads are used for extra comfort and are attached to malleable nose pad wires to easily adjust fit. German-engineered 3-barrel hinges and screws are used to retain smooth movement for years to come, and a wire core extends from hinges to support temple shape.
